Andrea Hopson, the former Canadian vice-president of Tiffany & Co., has teamed up with Martha Grace McKimm to create Hopson Grace, the latest addition to the Canadian luxury retail industry. This niche retail concept centres on the art of entertaining guests and will offer an exclusive and carefully chosen selection of tableware, drinkware, barware, handcrafted ceramics, kitchen tools, pantry items and tabletop accessories for the home.

“Our products will be sought out for their beauty, craftsmanship, sustainability and exclusivity,” says McKimm, a former public relations executive. “Each one will have a story behind it, bringing context to the experience.” Uncommon items such as French copper mixing bowls, sea salt from Maine and turned salad bowls from Mulmur, Ontatio, will be selected for their unique qualities and composition. “Our goal is to provide Canadians with new and unique items sourced both locally and from around the globe,” adds Hopson.

Hopson Grace seeks to share the owners’ passion for food and entertaining and to enrich the Canadian luxury tableware market with authentic products, contemporary ideas for entertaining guests, and design inspiration. Through this, the company hopes to celebrate the art of conversation and to inspire Canadians to come back to the table. CJ
